I did this tattoo on a kick ass dude named Justin from Houston. He wanted to have the cover art to Becoming the Archetype's album "terminate damnation". The artwork was done by Dan Seagrave, Who also did album covers for Entombed, Hypocrisy, Malevolent Creation, and Morbid Angel. P.S. We are in the middle of turning this into a full sleeve.
